The birth of a unique project in the heart of the Sahara
After many years of work on the ground, fueled by our constant passion for travel and research, we turned our dream into reality, with total respect for this fragile ecosystem. The same respect for the populations who struggle every day to survive. In the winter of 2017, we opened the doors to the first semi-permanent tented camp in the heart of the Ennedi Natural and Cultural Reserve.

The spectacular landscapes we have crossed over the last thirty years of exploratory travel in Chad, combined with the strong bond we have built with the local people, gave us a growing feeling that there is still so much to explore and discover in this seemingly arid and inhospitable land, though still wild, virgin, and untouched. This desire has transformed into the idea of offering a completely new way of traveling in the Chadian Sahara.

Our Saharan experience has taught us the importance and vitality of human relationships and the enrichment of knowledge through exchange. Nature is the soil where our relationships grow; it is our Teacher, from which we humbly learn. We are a heterogeneous team, firmly believing in the potential of cultural exchange: a large modern family. This is what makes our team, SVS Tchad and Warda, so unique and professional.

On the day of your arrival, a night at the hotel is included. The following day, the tour begins. Upon your return, a hotel room will be available for the day or the night, depending on your international flight schedule.
